Justin Bieber looked a little surprised to be photographed while he was vacationing in South Africa this week.

The 16-year-old teen idol was spotted enjoying lunch at a restaurant in Cape Town. While Baby Biebs is taking a well-deserved vacation, he tells fans that he is already itching to get back to work. "I miss performing," Justin tweeted earlier today, proving that he isn't your average
